At St John’s, we use an electronic payment system called ParentPay. ParentPay is a web-based system which allows you to make payments whenever and wherever you like. On ParentPay, you can make payments for school meals (Key Stage 2 only), school trips and activities, as well as other items such as music lessons and nursery fees.
Parents and carers are issued with a secure online account with a unique user ID and password. If you have more than one child at St John’s (or any other school using the ParentPay system), you can merge your children’s accounts so that you only have to log on once. If you require a second ParentPay login (e.g. if separated parents both wish to make electronic payments), the school office can arrange this. Making a payment is easy and simple; ParentPay holds an electronic record of the payments you have made for you to view at a later date.
