Uniform
Children must attend school smart and ready to learn in our school uniform. This gives a sense of unity and purpose to all our children.
Uniform
- Black or grey skirt, pinafore or trousers
- Bottle green sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt or plain white shirt
- Black or grey socks
- Plain black sensible shoes
- Summer: Black or grey shorts with a white polo shirt / green gingham summer dress
PE Kit
On their P.E day children may wear their PE kit all day. Children must remain looking smart, with their bottle green sweatshirt or cadigans when required.
- White PE t-shirt
- Black shorts
- Black pumps
- For outside: Plain trainers, change of socks and black jogging bottoms
Uniform with the school logo is available from our supplier Alcester NSC. Orders can be made online via their website www.alcesternsc.com (select St John’s Primary School from the drop down box) or via the school office using the order form below:

Extreme hairstyles, tramlines, designs, bold colours are not acceptable
No nail varnish, make-up or accessories
We do not allow children to bring high value items into school
- Jewellery should be kept to a minimum – plain stud earrings only and a watch
- Exceptions may be made, upon prior discussions between senior leaders and individual families, where items bear religious or cultural significance
- Please ensure that all articles of clothing are named
- Aprons are provided but, if you have any spare old shirts, they are most welcome
- The PTA provide book bags and drawstring PE bags to all children when they start school
The school works to receive donations of second-hand uniform. There are regular sales of these organised on the playground. If you are seeking further information on how to obtain second hand uniform please contact the school office.
